Let’s break that down, shall we…
Growing up in a small town full of corn fields surrounded by corn fields, you have to find ways to entertain yourself. I was always drawn to creative things; stacks of fashion magazines, rearranging/ redecorating my room, cutting backyard tree limbs into wall art, cutting and sewing my own outfits together – and yes, I wore them to school 💁♀️. This paired with some art/design classes… I was hooked.
From the small town, to SIUC, to St. Louis, I’ve learned a lot. Funny thing is… the more I learned, the more I realized I didn’t know. And so, I’m always looking into new methods, learning new skills, and finding ways to challenge myself. My love for graphic design, art, web design, fashion, and interior design gives me multiple perspectives, making it possible to create completely new intersecting points of design.
